1. How do I make a booking?
Booking with us is easy! You can use our online booking system. Simply browse our hire items, check availability, and click ‘Book Now’ to get started. Prefer a more personal touch or interested in a multi-unit deal? Give us a call on 0203 976 2313 — we’re happy to help!

2. How much notice do I need to give?
You can book at any time, but we recommend booking well in advance to ensure your chosen inflatable is available.

3. What’s included in the price?
All prices include delivery, setup, and collection. Your booking comes with everything needed for a fun day: the inflatable, blower, extension cable, safety mats, and anchoring (sandbags or pegs).
There are no hidden charges.

4. When are your inflatables available?
Our castles are available 7 days a week, all year round, including Bank Holidays.

5. How long is the hire period?
We offer flexible delivery and collection times to suit your event schedule. Just let us know what you need.

6. Can I hire overnight?
Yes! Overnight hire is available for an additional charge. You can select this option during the booking process or mention it when speaking to us.

7. How do I pay?
We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due close to the hire date or on collection.
We’ll email you an invoice with a secure online payment button, but we also accept cash payments.
Please note: If the space provided for setup is unsuitable or smaller than required, you’ll be liable for 50% of the booking value.

8. What’s your cancellation policy?

  • Cancel 14 days or more before your booking: No charge, and your deposit can be transferred to a future booking.

  • Cancel within 14 days: 50% of the full balance must be paid.

  • Cancel within 7 days: The full booking amount must be paid.

  • If Big Bounce Kingdom cancels due to weather (e.g., high winds), you’ll receive a full refund.

9. What happens in bad weather?
Our equipment is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. However, wet inflatables become slippery and unsafe. If bad weather is forecasted, we reserve the right to cancel for safety reasons.
In case of high winds (19–24 mph / Force 5 Beaufort scale):

  • Stop use immediately.

  • Ensure the inflatable is deflated and covered.

  • Switch off all electrics at the mains.
    Safety is always our priority.

10. What if the setup area isn’t ready?
Please ensure the area is clear of obstacles, including pet waste, furniture, toys, and garden items.
We may not be able to wait if the area isn’t ready, especially during busy periods.

11. Are you insured?
Yes, we have £5 million public liability insurance. Contact us via email if you need a copy of our certificate.

12. Is your electrical equipment PAT tested?
Yes! All equipment over 12 months old is PAT tested. Items under a year old are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

13. How long does setup and pack-up take?
Most bouncy castles take 10–20 minutes to set up and about the same to pack away.
Larger inflatables may take slightly longer.

14. What should I do if the inflatable deflates?
If the inflatable starts to deflate:

  1. Clear everyone off immediately.

  2. Check that the blower is properly attached and that all electrical plugs are connected.
This usually resolves the issue. If problems persist, call us straight away.
