1. How do I make a booking?

Booking with us is simple! Use our online system to browse inflatables, check availability, and click ‘Book Now’ to reserve your date.

2. How much notice do I need to give?

You can book at any time, but availability is first-come, first-served — so we always recommend booking early.


3. What’s included in the price?

All prices include standard delivery, setup, collection, blowers, extension cables, safety mats, and anchoring (pegs or sandbags).

4. When are your inflatables available?

We operate 7 days a week, all year round — including Bank Holidays!


5. How long is the hire period?

Our standard hire covers the full day. Exact delivery and pickup times will be shown during booking.

6. Can I hire overnight?

No, sorry — we do not offer overnight hire. All inflatables must be collected on the same day for safety and insurance reasons.


7. How do I pay?

We take full payment upfront at the time of booking to secure your inflatable.
Payments are made securely through our online system.


8. What’s your cancellation policy?

  • Cancel 14+ days in advance: No charge. You can move your booking or request a refund.

  • Cancel within 14 days: 50% of the booking cost must be paid.

  • Cancel within 7 days: Full payment is non-refundable.

☔ If we cancel due to unsafe weather (e.g. strong winds), we’ll issue a full refund.


9. What happens in bad weather?

Inflatables are fine for outdoor use in good weather, but wet or windy conditions can be unsafe.
If high winds (19–24mph / Force 5 Beaufort scale) are forecast, we may cancel for safety reasons — and you’ll get a full refund.


10. What if the setup area isn’t ready?

Please make sure the area is clear of pet mess, toys, furniture, and any obstacles.
If the area isn’t ready when we arrive — especially during peak hours — we may not be able to wait or set up.


11. Are you insured?

Yes — we have £2 million public liability insurance. Let us know if you need a copy of our certificate.


12. Is your electrical equipment PAT tested?

⚠️ No — our electrical equipment has not been PAT tested.
All equipment is kept in excellent condition and regularly checked for safety.


13. How long does setup and pack-up take?

Most castles take 10–20 minutes to set up and about the same to pack away. Larger units may take a little longer.


14. What should I do if the inflatable deflates?

  • Clear everyone off immediately.

  • Check the blower and power connections.

  • Make sure the blower tube is secured and no one has unplugged anything.
